Our Nodì Farm (Noi Coltivatori della Daunia) was born from the desire to produce and bring to the table healthy and genuine traditional products.

Our farm is located in San Paolo di Civitate, a small town of just under 6000 people in the province of Foggia, in Puglia. We are at the foot of the Dauni mountains, in an area now known as Capitanata and where the sea, the plains and the mountains magically merge, creating wonderful sceneries and a perfect microclimate for growing genuine products rich in flavor.

We gave birth to Nodi because we are tired of being satisfied with products that are all the same, with the same flavor, created in some company on the other side of Europe and sent in copies to every corner of the globe. For a long time we have underestimated our territory: our wonderful Puglia is still able to amaze, to excite, to offer products with a real flavor, helping us young entrepreneurs to get busy and realize our dreams at home, without being forced to emigrate elsewhere in search of opportunities.

We do our best to offer you the best products. We are not a multinational, we do not have hundreds of employees or infinite resources to dispose of. Precisely for this reason, in order to be sure to offer you the highest quality, there are only three products we market: our wonderful extra virgin olive oil, clear and genuine; our tomato puree, made only with tomatoes harvested the same day; and our fantastic pasta: cicatelli and orecchiette, the typical Apulian products.

Our products are local, traceable and of the highest quality. We embrace the principle of the short supply chain: from producer to consumer in as few steps as possible.

We do it for you, to offer you the maximum freshness and quality at the lowest possible price. We do it for us, because we believe that quality must go directly from the producer to the consumer without intermediaries. We do it for our territory, our Puglia, and nature, trying to use as few resources as possible to produce and distribute our products.
